    Things you should know about this plan

    1. Offer available to credit approved residential customers only.
    2. Monthly access fee is charged for a mobile phone service.
    3. The monthly access fee is charged from the date of acceptance of the offer and subject to a pro-rated calculation lilus one month charge in advance.
    4. Coverage availability limited to 4G and 3G serviceable areas on the Optus Network.
    5. Data speeds and transfer rates will vary due to a wide range of factors including but not limited to topography, building materials, distance from the nearest connected relay tower/station and transmission technology utilised.
    6. In order to connect to the network customers will require a 4G mobile handset or other compatible device.
    7. The SIM card will only be sent to customers once the application has been approved and delivery may take up to to 5 business days depending on location.
    8. Customers may purchase a 4G Mobile handset at an additional cost including delivery or use their own compatible device.
    9. We do not provide any technical support on any equipment not supplied by us as customers are responsible for installing and configuring their own equipment.
    10. Included data component is the amount of eligible data to be made before the included data component amount is exceeded and excess data charges are incurred.
    11. Excess data charged per MB or part thereof 1MB (Megabyte) = 1000 Kb (Kilobyte) in accordance to the current price list for services utilised.
    12. Any part of your monthly Included Data Allowance that is not used will be forfeited.
    13. Unlimited national calls, SMS, MMS and voicemail charges subject to our Fair Go Policy.
    14. International Call Allowance can be used to make calls to any overseas number from Australia. Any part of your monthly Included International Call Allowance that is not used will be forfeited.
    15. Additional charges apply for calls to 13 numbers, 1300 numbers, premium rate SMS & MMS, international, roaming, special and premium rate calls, operated assisted or third party charges made from Australia and when traveling overseas.
    16. Calls are charged in 60 second increments unless stated otherwise.
    17. We bill our customers each calendar month with 14 day payment terms.
    18. A late payment fee of up to $25 or 3% of the total overdue balance applies each month full payment is not received by the due date.
    19. MasterCard and VISA credit card payments attract a 2% surcharge.
    20. A monthly bill printing and postage fee of $5 applies. No additional charge for bills produced and sent as an email or accessed online.
    21. Customers may cancel the service at any time with 30 days written notice.
    22. Prices listed include GST.
    23. Service provided in accordance with the above terms and our Standard Form of Agreement for the Supply of Services (SFOA) available on our website.
