    Things you should know about this plan

    1. Offer available to credit approved residential customers only.
    2. Monthly access fee is charged for a bundled NBN Phone & NBN Internet service subject to a 24 month minimum contract term.
    3. Once off setup & installation fee of $120.
    4. The monthly access fee is charged from the date of acceptance of the offer and subject to a pro-rated calculation plus one month charge in advance.
    5. NBN Services are only available in selected coverage areas and connection of the service is subject to availability and service qualification.
    6. The NBN service requires installation of NBN Co. supplied equipment both inside and outside of the premises and can take several hours to install.
    7. The NBN Internet and NBN Phone Bundle requires a fixed-wire NBN connection such as fibre-optic or VDSL technologies.
    8. NBN Services that are delivered over wireless or satellite infrastructure are limited to speeds of 25 Mbps/5 Mbps and may not support connection of the NBN Phone service in which case an alternate VoIP Phone service will be substituted.
    9. Customers are required to use an NBN compatible WAN router in order to connect to the internet and a standard telephone to make and receive calls. Such equipment is not included and is available for separate purchase.
    10. We do not provide any technical support on any equipment not supplied by us as customers are responsible for installing and configuring their own equipment.
    11. If an installation appointment is necessary, you or an authorised person over the age of 18 years old is required to be at the premises.
    12. NBN data is delivered via the UNI-D port on the NBN Connection Box. Data speeds may vary due to factors including type and source of content being downloaded, hardware and software configuration, number of simultaneous connections and third party network devices.
    13. NBN Phone is delivered via the UNI-V port on the NBN Connection Box.
    14. NBN Phone supports a maximum of 2 voice lines.
    15. Connection of the second NBN Phone line attracts an additional set-up and monthly access fees.
    16. Unlimited data is subject to our Fair Go Policy.
    17. We invoice customers each calendar month with 14 day payment terms.
    18. A late payment fee of $10 applies each month full payment is not received by the due date.
    19. MasterCard and VISA credit card payments attract a 2% surcharge.
    20. A monthly bill printing and postage fee of $5 applies. No additional charge for bills produced and sent as an email or accessed online.
    21. Additional charges apply for non standard cabling work, fees in new developments, networking, speed modifications, incorrect call out fees, relocation, order withdrawal fees, auxiliary equipment and/or other third party charges.
    22. Connection of NBN in pre-defined ‘new developments’ of 100 premises or more will incur an additional NBN Activation in New Development Fee of $330 pursuant
      to the Telecommunications Infrastructure in New Developments Policy.
    23. Relocation of the NBN Service is subject to availability at the new address and will incur a Relocation Fee of $165
    24. Additional bolt-on plans available at extra cost providing choice of unlimited standard local, national and calls to mobile which are all subject to our Fair Go Policy.
    25. Additional charges apply for special and premium rate calls, operated assisted calls or third party charges. Additional charges apply for new service connections if applicable.
    26. Maximum of 2 voice lines available for this service and second voice line subject to standard NBN Phone pricing and installation fees.
    27. Customers may cancel the service at any time with 30 days written notice subject to an Early Termination Fee of $400.
    28. Calls charged per 60 seconds or part thereof unless stated otherwise.
    29. Prices listed include GST.
    30. Service provided in accordance with the above terms and our Standard Form of Agreement for the Supply of Services (SFOA) available on our website.

    Things you should know about this plan

    2. Monthly access fee is charged for a bundled VoIP Phone & ADSL2+ Internet service subject to a 24 month term.

    4. The monthly access fee is charged from the date of acceptance of the offer and subject to a pro-rated calculation plus one month charge in advance.
    5. ADSL2+ and VoIP Phone services are only available in selected enabled ‘on-net’ exchange areas and connection of the service is subject to availability and
      service qualification.
    6. In the event that an ‘on-net’ ADSL service is not currently available, you may agree to have the ADSL service delivered via the Telstra extended ‘off-net’ network in which case an additional $10 monthly fee will apply subject to additional internet speed restraints and service qualification.
    7. Customers are required to use an ADSL2 router in order to connect to the internet.
    8. Customers are required to use a VoIP box in order to make and receive calls.
    9. Both the ADSL2 router and VoIP box are not included and are available for separate purchase.
    10. Up to 90 day connection timeframe subject to availability and other checks.
    11. Included data component is the amount of eligible data to be made before the included data component amount is exceeded and excess data charges are incurred.
    12. Excess data charged per GB or part thereof. 1GB (Gigabyte) = 1000 MB (Megabyte). Unused usage quota forfeited each month.
    13. Unlimited included data is subject to our Fair Go Policy.
    14. There a no excess data charges on this plan.
    15. We do not provide any technical support on any equipment not supplied by us as customers are responsible for installing and configuring their own
      equipment.

    18. We will charge for data and related services in accordance to the current price list for services utilised.

    20. A late payment fee of $10 applies each month full payment is not received by the due date.
    21. MasterCard and VISA credit card payments attract a 2% surcharge.
    22. A monthly bill printing and postage fee of $5 applies. No additional charge for bills produced and sent as an email or accessed online.
    23. Additional charges apply for non-standard cabling work, networking, speed modifications, incorrect call out fees, relocation, order withdrawal fees, auxiliary equipment and/or other third party charges.
    24. Additional charges apply for DSL modems if supplied by us, speed modifications, incorrect call out fees, DSL relocation or third party charges.
    25. Unlimited standard local, national and calls to mobile are subject to our Fair Go Policy.
    26. Additional bolt-on plans available at extra cost providing choice of unlimited calls to mobile which are all subject to our Fair Go Policy.
    27. Additional charges apply for special and premium rate calls, operated assisted calls or third party charges. Additional charges apply for new service connections if applicable.
